The condition of the room was quite disappointing. dated furnishings and mold in the bathroom made it feel unwelcoming. While the service was commendable, especially the quick response from the front desk staff regarding my concerns, I couldn't overlook the noise from the multiple events happening during my stay. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and the bar staff provided great hospitality with live music that enhanced the experience.

Had a fantastic time with my friends exploring the Sierra Gorda woods. We hiked and even caught a concert featuring some amazing national artists. The atmosphere was vibrant and perfect for adventurous spirits. Just keep in mind that the restaurant tends to be a bit understaffed during peak times, so plan ahead for meals!

I had a stay in a Double Room with Two Double Beds for one night. The design of the hotel caught my eye with its great layout. The nighttime lighting and lush vegetation made it enjoyable to walk around. Service at the restaurants impressed me. the staff was attentive, and the food was both delicious and affordable. Unfortunately, the bathroom looked outdated. It had an old mirror and a bar soap instead of liquid body shampoo, which felt cheap. The pool service also didn’t meet expectations. there were long waits for attention. Overall, it's a charming place with potential, but needs some upgrades in maintenance to enhance the experience.

Just a nice choice for spending a night in Queretaro with fantastic value. The towels were old and had holes, which was disappointing. Keep an eye out for cleanliness if you decide to stay here.

I really loved how easy it was to stroll to the beautiful Zenea Garden just a short walk away, which made for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery, and I also appreciated being able to reach Plaza de Armas in under 3 kilometers for some vibrant local culture and history during my stay.
